1) do not display /dev/sdb and /dev/sdb1 unless usb-creator is run with -oem or -img flag
2) Show lsusb abstracted name in addition to device name
3) Make startup disk button needs to be greyed out when disk and iso are not selected
4) Detect other filesystem quirks and force format (FAT16 or USB key that has no partition table i.e. partition direct on device - unless -oem is used)
