Apport hooks for server packages
In order for users to provide quality bug reports in launchpad and eventually upstream needed. Select server packages should have apport hooks be included that provide information that is need for quality bug reports. Packages that should be selected for this are:

* Apache
* DHCP3
* openldap
* openssh
* php5

mdz review 2009-11-30: Added simple test plan, noted the need to scrub smb.conf, and added an interactive hook component for samba (this is what I interpreted "include the contents of DebuggingSamba" to mean), approved
jib review 2010-1-13: Marked items with a priority number; (1)s are Canonical targets for Alpha3. Community nominations for additional hooks or volunteers to implement hooks much appreciated.
