Arm Server Optimized Lamp Stack

Registered by Martin Bogomolni

Create an Ubuntu server LAMP stack optimized for ARM v7 architectures (such as Cortex A8/A9). As an essential foundation for future web & cloud infrastructure the LAMP stack on ARM needs to be analyzed, optimized and validated for enterprise deployments. Use of an industry standard benchmark (such as SPECWeb200x), as well as openly available benchmarks are proposed to establish baseline performance and aid identification of potential opportunities for optimizations.

Feedback on required features, packages and methodology are needed.

10.20.10: Changed the name to place this topic into the Package Selection and System Defaults track, as it aligns well with the track's description:
Sessions that discuss the software choices we make in all editions of Ubuntu, and the issues, opportunities and
challenges that we face in making those decisions.
