Migrate from ConsoleKit to logind

Ubuntu currently uses ConsoleKit to manage logged-in users. However, ConsoleKit is now unmaintained software.

Since logind is now packaged in the archive and usable stand-alone, we should consider planning a migration path from ConsoleKit to logind.
