Whiteboard
PPA build fail for lack of disk space. RT#29457
2007-11-20 BenC: Probably could use something in release-notes, like "Better kernel testing, because of FOO". Also, a good test plan would probably be useful here. Probably something along the lines of us actually testing the daily kernels every so often. Move the rt/xen point under "Outstanding Issues", and add the RT ticket there as well. One thing to add to rt/xen is that this testing is for basic hw support, not individual features.
2007-11-30 BenC: Approved
2008-07-15 BenC: rejected in favor of doing rebases to newer rc's even past kernel stable (e.g. we'll follow 2.6.27-rcX during intrepid)
2009-05-04 rtg: mainline builds have been implemented for all upstream kernels. While they are not automated on a daily basis (because the kernel team sees no point in it), initiating a mainline kernel build is as simple as running a script. See https:/
