A more integrated, intuitive, and functional environment for running Windows applications via the Wine package is essential to achieving a true competitor to Windows and solving bug #1. We need to do some work to help things along for the user.

Think about how WineX works in this. Sometimes they simply isolate Wine environments completely, so one installed program doesn't interfere with another. Not sure if this approach has merits; if it does, then that would lead to some interesting considerations on how exactly to handle Wine integration.
