Apple-compatible browser gestures

Once we have touch events working in GTK, we'd like to implement these in WebKitGTK as well, and for the same touch events that Apple has implemented for the iPad and iPhone Safari browser. This is going to be very important for mainstream adoption, for users who migrate from Mac to Linux or for users of both OS'es.
