Improve S3 Support

S3 support was the first thing added to txAWS, but it is currently broken. In addition, it's missing several features and doesn't accord with the implementation style as laid down in txaws.ec2 by therve and oubiwann.
In order to make use of several of AWS's advanced features, S3 needs to be in working order and be fully supported. This blueprint tracks the associated tasks.
