Create a freeRadius/DaloRadius 'addon' (TKLPatch) that can be applied to an appliance to include Radius functionality to a TKL appliance

This blueprint evolved as a result of discussion on the forums where diogen was trying to integrate this software with the MediaWiki appliance. It'd be great if the patch were smart enough to integrate with pretty much any appliance. This is possibly a big job (I don't know enough about freeRadius/DaloRadius/Radius in general to be sure) but if a patch that works with one appliance (eg MediaWiki) were created then it could be tested with others...
