Create new tables and content classes that store the "current" metadata for source and binary packages. The tables are DistroSeriesSourcePackage (which will be the existing fake SourcePackage, renamed and converted to a real content class, and DistroArchSeriesBinaryPackage also converted from a fake to a real content class).
