Allow Pash to be compiled on the Mono framework

Pash needs to be able to compile and run well on the Mono framework. While most of the development happens on Windows, it's important we validate it against the Mono framework as multiplatform support is one of our major objectives.

Note: There is a special Mono branch that compiles under Mono. The current version doesn't compile under Mono, but bug reports have been submitted to the Mono project regarding these issues.
