Option for exceptions of exclusion rules
Option for exceptions of exclusion rules: An option that allows to specify that a directory to backup should pass no tests of exclusion.
This option will be very useful in case we have some very important datas to take and that we want to be sure we have it all.
Use case :
- backing up a Thunderbird mail dir that has a huge mail folder may lead to loss of the email cause of file size limitation
- same case for some "cache" directories that we want to keep.

Implementation shouldn't be very difficult :
1) we need to define how to specify it in the config file
2) the method to modify is basically "isExcludedByCo
But note: it adds another option to the application and therefore would not make NSsbackup more easy. The question is: What is more important? But I think it is a good thing ;)
