Scaling Limits

Current scaling goals call for 10^6 hosts, 60*10^6 guests (see http://etherpad.openstack.org/NovaMultinodeInstall ) - This infers a limit of 60 guests per host - This seems low when seeing the latest multi-proc/multi-core systems that are available (e.g., 48 cores on an AMD G34) - I would like to propose a short term design limit of at least 260 guests per host
