become consistent with "Move to" and "Copy to"

Currently, Send To is different from the other Nautilus context menu items "Move to" and "Copy to".
Both of these have their own submenu, Send To doesn't.
Both of these are adjacent in the secondary click context menu, Send To is below, apart.
Both of these are written Capitalized on the first word only, no trailing dots.
All of them will consistently offer Nautilus Places as destinations with bold symbolic icons beside these category names.
Home and Desktop continue to be available seperately from media-type related Places.
They will later be replaced by non hierarchical context-related flags such as "keep", "drop" and "hold" throughout Nautilus.
