Customize MythWeb to run under Lighttpd and Fast-CGI to increase apache server performace. Also add simple MCC GUI to enable SSL for Mythweb. Build a Theme matching the other artwork to skin mythweb for future releases (0.21)

I built a working Config for lighttpd and php5. This config converts MythWeb to Lighttpd using FastCGI, SSL, and Digest Auth --- Nick
