HWDB needs updating
HWDB needs to be updated and integrated better in launchpad, a lot of bug reports have been targeting this issue, and HWDB hasn't really been much of a help there.

* Check what's present in HWDB currently: the code for HWDB is present in Soyuz, so try working on it to make a backend
* Make the submissions to HWDB viewable on launchpad
* Make use of HWDB in launchpad bugs that relate to a specific architecture (especially the kernel bugs) also make use in specific bug types like suspend-resume across different architectures.
* Make the wiki pages up-to-date as well.
* Look into Launchpad API, for a possibility of exporting the data (submissions) out and into an external website
* Check if any of this is even relevant after HAL is being removed.
* Improve the page "my HWDB submissions"
* [OPTIONAL] While registering for launchpad, have users submit atleast one submission to hwdb so they can take advantage of similar hardware bugs that already exist. This helps them find an easy solution, and us not having to worry about duplicate bugs.
