Allow events to repeat

There needs to be a feature for the events to repeat to avoid having to create a new event every time. Example, we have an Ubuntu Hour in Orlando that happens every Monday at the same time.. Someone shouldn't have to create a new event for every week.

Currently the ability to copy an event has been implemented into the LoCo Directory. I still think that we probably would want to have the ability to set up repeating events at some point, making it easier on users entering events. Thoughts? -cjohnston 8/20/10 1416
