Crontab apt-get to dist-upgrade packages weekly on Debian Edition systems

When most people use a computer, they use it without updating, and updating is one of the key components of Linux Mint Debian Edition since LMDE is rolling release. That means to make it more user-friendly we need to make it upgrade the system automatically without the user's knowledge. To upgrade the packages without the user's knowledge would make it so that users don't have to take it upon themselves to update the system; it is automatically up-to-date.
