Cross bootstrapable Nano with a customized package list

Registered by Ricardo Salveti

Be able to cross bootstrap Nano based on a customized package list, using multistrap or akin.

The idea is to experiment with new package sets, avoiding the need of the required list (priority: important), and also try to expand the usage of busybox as most we can.
