Capability to edit already postet bug comment

When I post some bug comment and later I found the new thinks about it, but not too new for a new comment, it would be nice, to only edit or append to my older bug comment. For keep tracking of time of comments in bug page, it can be added only some line with somethink like this: "Comment #no has been changed (link to comment)" below last comment (like as new comment).
