Proposal for an integrated time/image/movie/data selector UI element

The proposal is based on the notion that to get a view of the heliosphere, to define a movie of the heliosphere, to get the data for a give time or time-range, the user normally starts with selecting either a single time or a start time and an end time. Since images, movies and data are all time sensitive, the proposal is to combine all of these functions into one UI.
