Helioviewer Unified Install Tool

In order to simplify the process of installing and configuring the various Helioviewer Project components (Dynamo, Helioviewer.org, JPIP Server, etc.) a unified install tool should be created.
Currently there is already an installation tool available which helps to setup Dynamo and Helioviewer.org, however, even that only assists in parts of the installation process...
