Show threaded messages next to each other in the reading pane

This is like the gmail threading feature that makes readability easy, and thus keeping the all the messages in one place. Now we would have all the threaded messages in one single reading pane, just scroll down and view them

* Leave the last reply in the thread on top of the heap, while the thread is collapsed and to know who answered last and who we are replying to if we hit "reply" or "reply to all"
* Threads are the email equivalent to feeds or streams in microblogging and rss / atom also with facebook, identi.ca and twitter we are entering times, when you can't afford not to support stream behaviour in a messaging application.
