Sometimes let's say person A send person B an email, and then they have a conversation over something, now they need some advice so they email the mailing list C the last received email, but the people in the mailing list aren't aware of the conversation that happened between A and B so they are a bit confused. On request, it should be made available for others to access the email messages that A and B mark for access
