Entering the lat/lon of coordinates in one of the possible formats (dd.dddddd, dd mm.mmm, dd mm ss.s and dddmm.mm), a dialog allows the user to convert the coordinates to decimal degrees and optionally move the cursor at the center of the screen to the given coordinates
